These terms cover everyone who uses Comffee Drink & Play— customers booking a seat, a stay, or an order through comffee.org, and partner cafes running our software with a page on this site. Using the site or the software means you agree to them. They're written in plain language on purpose; if anything is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.
Reservation fees confirm your slot and are non-refundableonce paid, including when you cancel or don't show up. If we have to cancel your booking (maintenance, closure, force majeure), you get a full refund or a rebooking — your choice.
Balances for partially-paid bookings are due before or at arrival as stated in your confirmation email. Prices shown at checkout are final for that booking; menu and rate changes never apply retroactively.
Partner cafes edit their public page from their own software and changes publish automatically, without prior review. With that trust comes one hard rule:
We may unpublish or edit any page at any time to protect visitors or comply with the law. Cafes own the content they upload and warrant they have the right to use it; by publishing, they grant us a license to display it on comffee.org.
Content-creator promo codes are governed separately by the Creator Collaboration Terms.
When a partner cafe accepts payments through Comffee Pay (QR Ph), each sale carries two deductions: 1.5% PayMongo payment processing (their all-in rate, VAT included) and a 0.40% Comffee platform fee. The partner receives 98.10% of face value. The PayMongo fee recorded on each sale is the actual fee charged by PayMongo where available.
Payout schedule.Sales cut off Sunday 11:59 PM (Manila); statements go out Monday; payouts are remitted Wednesday, after PayMongo releases the funds — Comffee never pays out money it has not received. Balances under ₱100 carry over to a later week. Refunds a cafe issues are netted from its next payout. Cafes that activate their own PayMongo merchant account collect sales into that account; the moment PayMongo releases money into it, Comffee's payout run sends every release of ₱100 or more to the cafe's bank or GCash (₱10 fee per payout); Payouts go out between 12:00 PM noon and 5:00 PM Manila; a release after 5:00 PM goes out at 12:00 PM noon the next day.
Reservation fee. Online console and table bookings and online cafe seat reservations each carry a flat ₱5 per-spot reservation fee, retained by Comffee; the cafe receives the session amount. Comffee absorbs the payment-processing fee on its own ₱5.
Cafe seat reservations are paid only from a Comffee wallet (a Talents or Talents Dust balance). When a reservation is paid in Talents Dust, the cafe is still settled by Comffee in its normal payout.
Software licenses are per-machine and per-plan; features match the plan you pay for. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges but past charges aren't refunded. Sharing, reselling, or tampering with a license — or with the software's plan enforcement — voids it without refund.
Support runs on tickets, not live chat. Partner cafes raise tickets from their software; customers use the contact form. We reply through the website and to the email on the ticket. Tickets are answered in the order received.
We update these terms as the service evolves; the date at the top is the version you're reading. Material changes for partner cafes are announced in the software. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Game credits are sold on the game top-up marketplace by independent, verified sellers who set their own prices — Comffee doesn't set them. Any discount percentage shown is worked out against the store's current price at that moment and is never promised ahead of time, because that price can move. The price you see when you place an order is the price you pay — it doesn't change afterward, even if the seller's price does.
We hold your payment until the seller's own delivery receipt confirms your order went through — a seller is only paid once that happens. An order that isn't delivered is refunded automatically, to your GCash via InstaPay, or as wallet credit for amounts under ₱20 (InstaPay's own minimum). Once an order is delivered and confirmed, it's final — there are no refunds after that.
Chat with a seller exists for one thing — checking stock and running your order. Sharing phone or GCash numbers, emails, links, social handles, or code words standing in for any of those, or agreeing to take a deal outside Comffee, breaks these terms for buyer and seller alike. A message that tries it is blocked before it reaches the other side and logged; three blocked attempts within 30 days switches off chat access for that account, and a seller is additionally suspended from the marketplace pending review.
An order's chat stays open for 10 minutes after the order finishes, then locks; an hour after that, it's moved out of reach entirely. We keep a copy for 30 days solely to handle disputes, then delete it. Every order carries a report button if something needs our attention.
Sellers appear under a permanent alias we assign, never their real name, and buyers never see who a seller really is. Sellers, in turn, only see what they need to fulfil your order — never your identity beyond that.
Comffee's marketplace share is 4% of the store priceon every order; sellers cover the store's own cost of the credits they deliver. A single seller payout release above ₱50,000 is paid out to a bank account only, as one transfer.
The marketplace is Philippines-only and direct-connection-only — VPNs, proxies, and hosting or datacentre connections aren't allowed. We record the device or network location behind each order and each seller's acceptance of one, kept on file as a theft-case record.
Sellers agree to a separate Seller Agreement covering fees, payouts, and fulfilment duties in full.
