Book a Playcation stay online in five steps. Your dates are held for 20 minutes while you finish.

5. 5Review and confirm, then pay.

• Check-in date already gone by: pick a different date.
• Stay too long for one booking: message us to arrange it.
• Hold expired: the 20 minutes ran out before you paid.
• Connection problem: your details and identity check are saved, try again.
• Already hold these dates? It takes you straight to that booking.
• Event booking: the host has 24 hours to approve, or you're refunded.
