If you cancel
Unpaid holdDates are released, nothing is charged.
Paid, confirmed bookingCancelled, full payment forfeited.
Deposit on a self-cancelAlso forfeited.
If the host cancels
You get a full refund of whatever you paid.
If something goes wrong
- Paid by GCash: you'll be asked for details to send the refund.
- Two linked stays: cancelling either one cancels both.
