How to complete it
- 1Take a live selfie with your camera.
- 2Upload a photo of your government ID.
- 3Upload a billing document photo.
- 4Choose whether to save your face for future checks.
The selfie must be a live photo, not from your gallery.
If something goes wrong
- Expired or missing: tap Try again.
- Doesn't match: tap Try again.
- Failed: your documents didn't pass, retake the one it names.
- Couldn't be linked to your account: tap Try again.
