Get paid at the counter
Customers scan a QR code with their own phone. Never a card on a cafe PC.
How to use it
- 1Open the counter pay screen.
- 2Show the QR code to the customer.
- 3The customer scans it with GCash, Maya, or any bank app.
- 4The screen flips to paid by itself. Nothing to tap.
What it costs
Minimum sale₱20.
QR code expires10 minutes after it's shown.
If something goes wrong
- Waiting: the customer hasn't scanned or paid yet.
- Cancelled: the sale was voided at the counter.
- Expired: the QR code timed out. Show a new one.
- Failed: nothing was taken. Ask the customer to try again.
