If something goes wrong
- Selfie refused: retake it live with your camera, not a saved photo.
- No face detected: use good lighting and show your whole face.
- Refused: contact us if you think it's a mistake.
- Too many restarts today: the next one opens tomorrow, Manila time.
- Too many this month: wait until your oldest one turns 30 days.
- Link expired: PayMongo's own check link stops working after 72 hours.
