Working an order

1. 1Unlock the dashboard with your PIN.
2. 2Turn on device location, then tap Accept.
3. 3Top up the buyer's account on Codashop with Smart credits.
4. 4Enter the exact receipt email shown for that order.
5. 5Delivery confirms and you get paid once it matches.

Instant orders use stock you already hold. Deliver within 30 minutes.

You can have up to 10 jobs open at once.

• Wrong or missing receipt email: no credit for that job. Check it first.
• Declining a request: free, but counts against your success rate.
• Ten jobs already open: finish one before you can accept another.
• Orders held by a linked account: finish those first or message support.
• Connection blocked: try your regular WiFi or mobile data instead.
• Forgot your PIN? Reset it with your account password in Seller settings.
