See when a top-up is refunded, what it costs to cancel, and where money goes.
What it is
Get your money back if an order can't be delivered, or you cancel in time.
A failed delivery refunds itself within one hour, no request needed. To cancel a paid, unstarted order, open it and tap Cancel.
What it costs
Cancel before payingFree. Nothing was charged.
After paying, not started₱10 flat under ₱400, or 2.5% above that.
Very small refundAlways topped up to a minimum amount.
After deliveryNo refund.
Paid with Comffee TalentsRefunded to your Comffee Talents.
Paid with GCash or a cardSent back the same way you paid.
Under ₱20Credited to your Comffee Talents.
If something goes wrong
- Refund sent: it's on its way to you.
- Refund in your Comffee Talents: already added to your balance.
- Refund queued or under review: a little longer, or a person is checking.
- Refund blocked: we've been alerted and will sort it out.
- Payment double-checked: a person confirms what arrived before anything moves.
- Already being fulfilled: this order can no longer be cancelled.
- Already delivered: this order can't be cancelled.
- Seller declined or no answer: order closed, you were not charged.
