How to apply
- 1Upload a government ID and a proof of billing.
- 2Enter your legal name and ID number.
- 3Add a payout account: GCash or a bank.
- 4Complete a live face scan.
- 5Accept the seller agreement.
- 6Send your application.
After you apply
PendingUnder review, until approved.
ActiveApproved. Start accepting orders.
RejectedNot approved. See your status page.
SuspendedPaused. Check your status page.
BannedPermanently closed.
If something goes wrong
- Dashboard locked: unlock it with your 4-digit PIN, set in Seller settings.
- Can't go Active: check your status page for the reason and lift date.
- Not approved: contact us if you think it's a mistake.
- Already applied: open your status page to see where it stands.
- Only missing your own Comffee Pay account? Set it up to finish.
- File over 3 MB: compress it and upload again.
- HEIC photos don't work: use a JPG or PNG instead.
- Wrong PIN: try again, five wrong tries locks it for 15 minutes.
- Locked out: reset your PIN with your account password in settings.
